Historic Features: Stone base with heavy cornice engaged with entrance entablature supported by Ionic columns with wide stone steps leading up to a raised main floor. Cornice at entrance volume has carved stone pilasters, with engaged balcony rails within the parapet. Punched windows stacked vertically with carved stone spandrel panels.
