Historic Features: Entrance portico with columns and pediment; two small bay windows flanking larger two story arch window frame incorporating two sets of double hung, multi-pane window bays with shared spandrels, top windows with elongated diamond panes, bottom windows with transoms, smaller double hung windows flaking window bays;

Alterations: Two story windows on east and west elevations incorporate glazing around window arches; similar window arches on north elevation are filled in indicating alterations had taken place at some point in the past.
