    Historic Features: A Georgian Revival apartment building in red brick and stone ornamentation, main entrance bay on west elevation with engaged side columns and round segmented pediment, eight engaged columns with capitals in a slightly projected bay above main entrance with stone spandrels with reliefs, at fourth floor level, bay is topped by alternating stone plinths and balcony railings, plinths lines joined at cornice line, flanking projecting bay are double hung multi-light windows with spandrels, projecting bay is repeated on south elevation entrance.

    Alterations: Windows have been replaced on all elevations.
