Historic Features: Nine square facade break-up, with center dormer extended down three faces and two on the back, Arched entrance with voussoirs and grand stair with arched entries under, double doors and transom with small divisions, window pairs with stone lintels, arched head windows on top floor with corbelled brick flanking hipped dormers.

Alterations: Painted masonry, one window modified to take mechanical grille.
